REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN.

This event is an in-person event and will be limited to 150 participants. PhD and Master level graduate students are welcome to register regardless if they plan to present or not. Abstract submission is only required if the student is interested in presenting a poster and/or oral presentation. The deadline for non-poster/presentation participants registration is October 9, 2026 (6 pm PST).

The symposium is free to attend and food and refreshments will be provided, but travel arrangements must be independently arranged. If you are faculty, staff, industry scientist or post-doctoral fellow, please register as a non-student attendee.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FOR POSTER AND ORAL PRESENTATIONS IS NOW OPEN.

Abstract submissions are limited to 2,500 characters. Those submitting abstracts will be given priority if the event reaches capacity. Students who are interested in presenting a poster and/or are selected for an oral presentation will be contacted directly through email with further information two weeks prior to the day of the event. The deadline for abstract submission is September 18, 2026 (6 pm PST).
